Chicken "Yakitori" Style



INGREDIENTS
makes 16 sticks

1/2               boneless chicken thigh, cut into 1 x 1 -inch pieces
1/2 cup         oyster sauce                                            
1 tbsp           grated ginger
4 stalks         leeks, sliced into 1-inch pieces           
10 pcs          bamboo barbecue sticks                  
                   (5-inches long)


DIRECTIONS


1       Marinate the chicken in oyster sauce mixed with grated ginger for at least an hour.


2       Thread chicken alternately with leek slices.


3      Grill for five minutes on each side or until cooked. Serve hot.
