King Fish with Sweet Chili Sauce
What you need:
2 pcs KING FISH steaks, cut
into 1/4-inch thick slices
1 pc LEMON
3/4 cup SWEET CHILI SAUCE
3 tbsp WATER
1/4 cup CARROTS
How to prepare:
1 Rub the king fish steaks with lemon. Set aside.
2 Heat the oil in a skillet or flat frying pan.
3 Fry the king fish, taking care not to overcrowd the pan.
4 Pour in the sweet chili sauce and water. Add carrots and simmer for three minutes.
5 Remove form pan. Serve hot.
makes 2 servings
